Saturday, August 17 – Boat Makers’ Quays – Free Show

For a relaxing end to the afternoon, don't miss this hilarious pseudo-scientific lecture led by a certain Mr. Audomare…
Dance “We all have something of… Cro-Magnon in us!”, he mischievously revisits the great preconceived ideas about our prehistoric ancestors.
The goal? To deconstruct clichés to make them more laughable.
The result ? A delirious puff, between stand-up, absurdity and real reflection on our current society.
In a light but never meaningless tone, this show surprises, amuses and hits the mark with young and old alike.
Prepare your cheekbones: we're here to laugh, and to think... but above all to laugh!
Free – outdoors – accessible to all!

Portrait: Patrick Pierron, alias Monsieur Audomare

Born in a former brewery in the audomarois marshes, Patrick Pierron – or Mr. Audomare – is a jack-of-all-trades artist with a delightfully offbeat tone.
Actor, singer, workshop leader, he has cultivated since adolescence a strong taste for improvisation, the stage, and human encounters.
With his accomplices Flan Circles, he has been singing “natural and not sad” songs for over 20 years.
He also co-hosts a community theater, the Blue Hen, a true artistic cocoon in the heart of the countryside.
On stage, Patrick becomes surrealist hawker, town crier, crazy scientist, depending on the mood!
His shows oscillate between poetry, humor, absurdity and humanity, always with sincerity and generosity.
With him, everything becomes possible. And above all… strangely alive.
