A meal by the water in the Audomarois marsh

Les Piquinettes, an open-air bar/restaurant by the water and fields in the heart of the Saint-Omer marsh

45 minutes from Calais, Boulogne-sur-mer and Dunkirk, the audomarois marshes spreads over 3700 hectares with its 700 kilometers of canals. This unique setting, recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is one of the top destinations in Nord-Pas-de-Calais. It is in this natural space that the last traditional boat makers of Audomarois offer guided tours of the Saint-Omer and Clairmarais marshes, discoveries in the workshop and unusual meals.

Indeed, the artisans accompanied by Annie Colin and Loïc Boulier, chef and market gardener in organic farming, offer fresh, seasonal and local meals from April to October on their terrace. These meals, ideally coupled with a visit to the marsh by boat, are a fitting addition to an association outing, a family event or a business seminar (unusual meeting, team building, etc.)
