Fancy a gourmet cruise? As a group (family, friends, company, association), board a traditional Saint-Omer boat in the company of a passionate guide to take your eyes… And your taste buds! This one-and-a-half-hour commented walk through the rivers of the suburbs of Lyzel, Haut-Pont and the Clairmarais marshland is complemented by an unusual meal.
Indeed, the table is already set and the dishes follow one another throughout the walk for everyone's delight! On the menu: regional aperitif, mixed salad garnished with local products, regional drinks, homemade waffle, locally roasted coffee... Only good and tasty!
A way to discover the Audomarois marshland in a different way and to experience it in every sense of the word! This original walk is a wonderful addition to a family or association outing as well as a seminar in the heart of a protected natural area.
We offer this private meal on the water to small groups of 8 to 34 people (min. 8 adult passengers).

The program :
On the menu, it all starts with a regional kir (red fruit cocktail with Houlle juniper and méthode champenoise) or an organic Flemish apple juice.
You are then served in the boat a salad made up of local products. Everything is washed down with local drinks (Apple juice from Wallons-Cappel, Goudale beer, etc.)
An hour and a half later, after crossing the suburbs of Lyzel, Haut-Pont and Doulac (Saint-Omer marsh), the return is to our quays. Meet on the terrace to taste our homemade Flemish waffles as well as a locally roasted coffee (Café Boulet – Blendecques).
